Here at Zuerst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• 1)   Contact our customer service team at lee@zuerst.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• 2)   Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
• 3)   Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and labels.
• 4)   Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend that you insure the package for the full value of the item.
• 5)   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is not in its original condition or packaging, or if it has been worn or washed, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you.
